ABOUT THE PLANT

The construction of a milk canning plant began in 1951. In 1955, the
plant produced 800 tons of dry canned milk, 410 tons of whole milk products, 64 tons of butter, and 32 tons of dry ice cream mix. The plant had been delivering its production not only to the cities of the Soviet Union, but also to the friendly countries, in particular to Cuba.

LLC "Pugachevskie Molochnye Produkty" is one of the most successfully developing plants of Saratov Region. Our products are environmentally friendly and contain no vegetable fats, artificial additives, and genetically modified products.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

LABORATORY

The in-house laboratory is fitted with advanced equipment and devices. The laboratory performs incoming control of raw materials, auxiliary materials, production processes, and finished products, as well as sanitary-hygienic and microbiological control of the plant.

RAW MATERIALS RECEIVING SHOP
for up to 500 tons

The receiving shop of the plant is fitted with the necessary equipment (scales, meters, pumps, tanks, milk cleaners, and coolers), special platforms for handling tankers, and equipment for washing tankers and flasks.

BUTTER
PRODUCTION SHOP
for up to 10 tons per day

Butter is produced by converting high-fat cream

DRY CANNED
GOODS SHOP
for up to 60 tons per day

While producing, we use three VRA-4 drying spray units (made in Czech Republic) and a drying unit made in Italy.

STORAGE
for up to 6,000 tons

Two low-temperature chambers for 400 tons of products are used for storing butter at the plant.Warehouses with climate control for 5,500 tons of products are used for storing dry canned goods.
